
Serving suggestion: Cinnamon-Orange Crepes, topped with Orange Marmalade, Coconut Yoghurt, Coconut Syrup, sprinkle of Cinnamon & Orange slice
This recipe was inspired by the wonderful Rachel Ama & something I saw Jamie create. I then came up with something similar & made these delicious crepes! It was the first attempt and they were actually SO good & really easy to make.
The marmalade was delectable.
Recipe makes around 6 crepes - I had to eat two- you know to try them out. So technically the batter serves 2!
Ingredients:
-150g Plain flour
-250ml Plantbased milk
-1tbsp Olive Oil
-2tbsp (approx 30ml) Orange juice
-5tbsp (approx. 70 ml) water
-1 tsp cinnamon
The topping is the main event, you will need:
-1 large Seville oranges
-1 tbsps of coconut/maple/golden syrup (more for drizzling)
-2-3 tbsp of coconut yoghurt (per person)
-Sprinkle of cinnamon
(times this by 2 if you’re actually making for 2 people)
