
These little bites of joy are another healthy alternative to brownies, which means you can eat 10 !
You will need:
1 ripe Banana
3 tbsp of tahini
4 tbsp of maple syrup
3/4 a cup of dairy-free mylk
1 tsp of baking powder
4 heaped tbsp of buckwheat flour
4 heaped tbsp of cacao
a pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp of coconut(liquid) or rapeseed oil
Equipment:
1 mixing bowl
1 sift
1 fork
1 small baking dish
baking paper
1 jug
Method:
Preheat the oven to approx 180c fan or equivalent
Add all your wet ingredients into a jug and mix with your fork
Meanwhile sift your dry ingredient into your large bowl
Then pour your wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
Line your baking tray with baking paper and pour in your brownie mix
Bake in the oven for around 20 minutes
*Once cooled I topped mine with a tahini-maple drizzle *
