
You will need:

1 teaspoon
1 food processor (if possible- alternative a fork, a bowl and brute force!)
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp of nut butter
1 cup of oats (approx.- keep adding if too wet)
1 tbsp cocoa nibs
1 tbsp of chia seeds
2 tbsp of granola
1 tps of cinnamon/ cocoa powder
optional:
1 tsp of protein powder
1 tsp of milled flaxseed
1 tsp of psyllium husk (amazing fibre)
*but you can literally add anything you have seeds, nuts, coconut, dried fruit...*
The simplest protein balls that are a perfect on-the- go snack or with your morning coffee. Packed with the good stuff that will give you that energy boost you need to get your through the day- plus so much cheaper than bounce balls!!
Makes around 10-12 balls
Method:
Literally add everything into the food processor and blits until combined
If the mix looks to wet add some more of the oats
Then use a spoon to help you mould the mix into balls
Line a plate with baking paper and pop in the fridge so they harden
Voilaaaa, they're ready to pop in a tupawear (or your mouth) ready to take to work/school/college/uni
