Vegan & GF Pancakes

There's no better way than to start ya day with pancakes, am I right? This recipe is crazy easy peasy!

It makes 2 small pancakes which I usually top with fruit, yoghurt granola and all the good stuff! If you want more then just multiply the amounts :)

 

You will need:

2 Bananas

50g of Buckwheat flour

50g of oats

2 tbsp of flax milled seeds

5 tbsp of water

5 tbsp of mylk

1 tpsn of cinnamon

1/2 tspn of turmeric

1/2 tpsn of baking powder

oil

 

Equipment:

1  mixing bowl

1 fork

1 teaspoon measure

1 tablespoon measure

1 frying pan

1 spatula

1 ladle

 

Method:

 

Place frying pan on medium heat with a splash of oil

Peel and smash your Bananas

Add the dry ingredients and mix into the Bananas

Add the mylk & water gradually until the consistency is thick & smooth

When the oil is up to heat ladle some mixture into the pan and form a circle shape with the back of the ladel

Fry pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side

 

Annnd Voilaaaa!

 

Top with yummy fruit and enjoy :)
