
If you know me then you will also know that I'm an avid Avocado fan and this Avo sauce is crazy good along side some spicy rice or a veggie chilli. It's so simple to make and it's a good cheese replacement.
The rice itself was super easy, Garlic, Chili, Tomatoes, prepped and thrown into a pan with a splash of oil to saute. Then a little Cumin and more Chilli Powder, cooked Brown Rice and some beans...and finished with fresh Coriander and Lime.
To make the sauce:
Blend together:
1/2 an Avocado, 1/2 tspn of Garlic Salt, 1/4 tspn of Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, a squeeze of Lime, and a little Almond or Soya milk and spoon onto your dish.
