Smoothies and shakes are perfect accompany to breakfast, a between meal or on the go snack! They can be super cheap and easy to make too! Here are some of my favourite smoothie combinations:
1. 1 Banana, 1 heaped tbsp. Peanut Butter & 1 cup Almond Milk
2. 1 Banana, 1 Beetroot, 1/2 a cup of fresh Blueberries & 1 cup Rice Milk
3. 1 Banana, 1/3 of Pineapple, 1/2 a Mango & 1 cup Rice Milk
4. 1 Banana, 1/2 cup of frozen Raspberries & 1 cup Coconut Milk
